Privacy Notice

This notice explains the information used by Reverse Email Lookup for sign-in, public account lookups, and payment processing when enabled.

Email input

Google provides sign-in information for your account. After permission confirmation, a live lookup sends the entered email through our server to Apify and the configured lookup Actor. When a Gravatar link is returned, the server can retrieve selected public profile fields, including an avatar, name, biography, job title, or location. Requesting the optional LinkedIn supplement sends the lookup email to a separate configured Apify Actor. Login profile information, submitted emails, query status, and returned results are stored in Supabase to operate the service and restore your latest lookup. Viewing examples alone does not start a provider lookup.

Public-source processing

The lookup displays up to ten returned platform findings with usernames and public profile URLs when available. It does not store the Actor's full identity or breach report. Source coverage varies, and possible associations must be checked against the original sources.

Payments and subscriptions

When payment configuration is enabled, Dodo Payments processes checkout and subscription payments. Account identifiers, email, selected plan, and order references are used to connect a payment to your account. Supabase stores order, payment, subscription, and allowance records. A checkout return does not confirm a successful payment; paid access depends on verified payment status.

Stored information and requests

Account, lookup, and billing records are used to operate the service. A fixed retention period is not specified here. Contact support to ask about stored information or request deletion; billing obligations and the scope of a request may affect what can be removed.

Website operations

A deployed website may generate standard technical hosting logs. The production hosting provider and applicable operational details must be documented before launch.
